Yes, folks, you are living in an upside-down world. And here is proof.

Dr. Anthony Fauci has now flipped his opinion on the lab leak theory. Fauci went on CBS This Morning and claimed that he has always been open to the lab leak theory.

“People forget that, but if you go back then, even though you lean towards feeling that this is more likely a natural occurrence, we always felt that you’ve got to keep an open mind. All of us,” Fauci said on “CBS This Morning” on Wednesday. “We didn’t get up and start announcing it,  but what we said, ‘keep an open mind and continue to look,” Fauci said.

The Recount (@therecount) Tweeted: Dr. Fauci on COVID lab leak theory: “We’ve always said ‘keep an open mind and continue to look.’ So I think it’s a bit of a distortion to say that we deliberately suppressed that.” https://t.co/20VuUBHt2Y https://twitter.com/therecount/status/1405159051219156994?s=20

Oh really? We really could have used this information a year ago. We most definitely could have benefited from Dr.Fauci speaking up for those labeled “conspiracy theorists” during the pandemic.

Where was Fauci’s openness to the Wuhan lab leak theory when bloggers and media content creators were being banned on Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube? I’m sure those people feel like they were unfairly removed from social media sites just for having an opinion. An opinion that Dr.Fauci himself is now saying is okay to have.

Of course, Fauci is forced to change his tune now that Rand Paul has lit a fire under the Fauci by shining a light on Fauci’s “Gain of Function Research.” But the initial spark may have come from Josh Rogin, a columnist for the Washington Post. Rogin appeared on the Joe Rogan Podcast and dropped bombshell after bombshell showing Dr.Fauci and his protege Dr. Peter Daszak, the connection to the gain-of-function research the Wuhan lad may have been the origins of the novel coronavirus.

From there, the momentum swung in favor of the truth seekers. The mainstream media has done their best to do damage control in an effort to protect their “lord Fauci” their god of science. Fauci has recently went as far as to say that when people attack him, they are attacking science.

But Fauci’s lowest point has come from a very unlikely source. Jon Stewart returned to Late Night with Stephen Colbert. It was there that Stewart dropped an epic monologue that has mainstream media pissing their pants.

Stewart jokingly said the quiet part out loud. Again, he made it seem as if it was just satire, but he got his point across.

In conclusion, Fauci is in big trouble. If the right people keep pushing the issue and the truth about his role in gain-of-function is continuously put under a magnifying glass, we may begin to see things we thought we would never see.
